Home Remodelers. They were very organized, prompt and professional. From
the start, every part of the plan was clearly written out and reviewed by us
before any orders were placed. All
warranties and policies were thoroughly discussed ahead of time. The product orders were made in a timely
fashion. Orders were complete and
accurate, meaning work could stay on schedule and there was little waste (extra
materials). If plan-changes were needed (i.e.,
more rot was discovered when removing old windows/siding, requiring more time
and supplies), they always asked for permission before going ahead.

Drop cloths and plastic curtains were used to cover the workspace
inside; debris was cleaned and hauled away in a timely manner. They were very respectful of our time and
space, both in and out of the work zone.
The company is small, which means it is
very personal. This encouraged good
communication day to day, as work progressed.
When we have needed small tweaks made here and there (a stuck window; a
window that won’t lock), service has been prompt and problems remedied,
hassle-free. So, not only were we
satisfied at the time of installation; we have been well cared for since,
concerning any issues that have surfaced.
Workmanship was above and beyond. The stone work is beautiful. As work was done in the winter, thought was
given to appropriate temperature requirements for the various materials. Likewise, each layer was done in a specific
order to provide the best possible coverage for our home (windows first, then siding,
etc.). The cladding done by hand is
immaculate.
Some days, only a few things were
completed, but it was because of all the attention to detail. Windows, for example, can be especially
tricky. Even the best windows may not
live up to their energy-efficient potential if they are installed incorrectly. We are confident with the careful
installation process.
Regarding the siding/stone work/front
over-hang, a neighbor’s contractor actually walked across the street to examine
the work. His trained eye knew quality, affirming
our satisfaction. Better Home Remodelers

"The Owner, Drew Davis, is the most professional contractor I've ever dealt with. He began work immediately, stayed on schedule, and stayed within budget. Drew pays attention to every detail, even the wattage in the light fixtures! We had a couple of surprises when demolition began that no one was expecting. Project involved cutting into basement floor to connect bathroom fixtures to sewer line, removal of existing walls and framing the bathroom and family room space, all plumbing and electrical. Ceramic tile installed in bathroom, drywall and paint, plumbing and electrical fixtures. Entire project met local and state codes. Licensed bonded electricians and plumbers were subcontracted. Budget was adhered to and all work was completed to satisfaction, meeting and exceeding expectations. I would recommend this contractor.
